A project born from Brutalist style. Simple volumes and materials flaunting by themselves. Located in the gated “La Aldora” neighbourhood, is situated in search of the best possible views on the hill from the master bedroom.

Inside, the lounging area offers multiple spaces, for the various gatherings the owners promiss to share here. The more intimate area, on the first floor, evolves around a studio towards the north of Tucumán.

Casa Sulka is located on the newly developed area by the same name, in Tafí del Valle (Tucumán, Argentina). It stands on 2200m2 grounds. Organized around the concept of a linear main feature, the house axis is not only for distribution but a connection among the multiple spaces.
