“Casa Cité” is a single family house, located in an exclusive gated neighbourhood in Tafí Viejo, close to the provincial capital. A 1000m2 ground allowed us to create spaces in direct interaction with their exterior, interaction finally realised by a green core where an inner backyard lies. The roof-to-floor-sized windows are the only boundaries between inside and outside.

The volumetry of simple geometrical elements invite to a stroll around the house. Exposed concrete, wood and white are the finishing palette. They provide the house with a contrasting imprint between an exagerated and minimal style.
