#300 arrives to mix life, with work and leisure, always in connection with nature. It is a corporate tower with a ground floor and 3 floors, between a large park donated to the community and access to a complex of residential towers.
We start from a large central patio of light, green and air towards which all the circulations overflow towards the offices, which function as interlocutor walkways.
At the same time, each level is terraced, generating recreational spaces for the offices with the highest volumes.
